accommodate Phase 1 Required Function & Facilities (From the total 3 existing floors of Site “B”
Building), total factory area is 4,000 sq.m. approximate, for 2 floors of the building.
B. Upgrade the existing building of Site A which will be including the following usage
JHT office ( approx. 120 Staffs), Canteen, Recreational, Nursery, Multi- purpose, Parking space, and Others.
